Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect as little as possible. If you subscribe or open a channel, we keep your email address to send you what you asked for. We run no ads, set no tracking cookies beyond privacy-respecting analytics, and never sell your data. Unsubscribe anytime by replying "unsubscribe."
1. Who we are
ARBX Inc. ("ARBX," "we," "us"), a company incorporated in the United States, operates arbx.com. For any privacy question or request, write to contact@arbx.com.
2. What we collect
- Email address — when you subscribe to Dispatches ("founding reader") or open a channel through our contact form.
- Correspondence — if you email us, we keep the exchange.
- Analytics & server logs — we use Google Analytics and standard server logs (IP, browser type, pages requested) to understand traffic and secure the site. We do not use advertising pixels.
3. How we use it
- To deliver the weekly Dispatch and occasional ARBX announcements you signed up for.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To operate, measure, and secure the site.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. Ever.
4. Who processes it for us
We rely on service providers to operate: form processing (FormSubmit), email (Google Workspace), analytics (Google Analytics), and web hosting (GoDaddy). Each processes data only to provide their service to us. If we adopt a dedicated newsletter platform, it will process subscriber emails under equivalent obligations, and this policy will be updated.
5. Email marketing
Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. You can also opt out anytime by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to dispatch@arbx.com. We honor opt-outs promptly and in all cases within 10 business days. We do not send SMS or text-message marketing, and will not without your separate express consent.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, we extend the same rights: ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email contact@arbx.com and we will act on it. If you are in the EEA/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), these are your statutory rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
7. Retention & security
We keep subscriber emails while your subscription is active and delete them on request or unsubscribe (except minimal records we must keep to honor your opt-out). We use reputable providers with industry-standard security; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, for significant changes affecting subscribers, note it in a Dispatch. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance.
